AIRCRAFT NOT GROUNDED: MAINTENANCE FOUND DURING ETOPS CHECK, RED LOWER FUSELAGE BEACON INOPERATIVE. REMOVED LOWER BEACON FOUND CONNECTOR BURNT/DAMAGED.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LOWER BEACON POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM 33-44-02. BEACON OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
