AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: NOSE GEAR MAKES AN UNUSUAL GRINDING SOUND ON TAKEOFF ROLL. TAXI OPS ARE NORMAL.  REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR INNER CYLINDER PER AMM 32-21-24.
