MAINTENANCE MESSAGE SHOWING IS 21-24400, UPPER RECIRCULATION FAN (FWD) MOTOR DOES NOT FOLLOW COMMAND OR IS OVERHEATED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FWD UPPER RECIRC FAN IAW AMM 21-25-01. OPS CHECK OK.
