AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: PILOT REPORTS STAB OUT OF TRIM ON DESCENT NEITHER ELECT TRIM WORKED ON EITHER YOKE USED MANUAL TRIM. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED STAB TRIM ACTUATOR IAW AMM 27-41-71. ACCOMPLISHED OPS CHECK. OK FOR SVC.
