AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: PILOT REPORTS AUTO THROTTLE & AUTO PILOT DISCONNECT UNCOMMANDED.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED #1 AIR DATA INERTIAL REFERENCE UNIT IAW AMM 34-21-01. ALL CHECKS ARE NORMAL.
