AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: MAINTENANCE REPORTS AILERONS VERY STIFF IN FLIGHT AND ON GROUND. REMOVED & REPLACED AILERON CENTERING MECHANISM CAM FOLLOWER BEARING IAW JOB CARD 1422. OK FOR SERVICE.
