AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: GPU PLUG REPORTED BY RAMP TO HAVE A FIRE WHEN PLUGGED INTO AIRCRAFT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED AIRCRAFT EXTERNAL PLUG/AC RECEPTACLE. CHECKS GOOD IAW AMM 24-42-03.
