AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: IN DECENT AND APPROACH LEFT ENGINE LAGGED THE RIGHT APPRESIABLY, AUTOTHROTTLE STRUGGLE TO  CONTROL THE LAGGING LEFT THROTTLE. FOUND COMPRESSOR BLEED PRESSURE LINE CLOGGED AND REMOVED OBSTRUCTION PER AMM 70-00-00.
