AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LEFT EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY BATTERY PACK AT BS 727 INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED BATTERY PACK AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 33-51-06.
