AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED BUT WAS IN SHORT TERM STORAGE: FOUND LEFT HAND EMERGENCY BATTERY UNDER AFT SIDE PANEL TO BE MISSING. INSTALLED BATTERY AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 33-51-06.
