AIRCRAFT IN BASE MAINTENANCE - L4 DOOR, EPAS (EMERGENCY POWER ASSIST SYSTEM) BATTERY INOP; DOES NOT BLINK GREEN WHEN ARMED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED L4 DOOR EPAS BATTERY PACK PER AMM 52-11-20, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
