AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS R1 DOOR IS STILL DIFFICULT TO ARM, GIRT BAR FASTENERS NEED ADJUSTMENT.  ADJUSTED AND LUBRICATED GIRT BAR AS REQUIRED, PER AMM 25-61-00.
