## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  THE OFCR ESCAPE HATCH HANDLE IS MISSING AND CANNOT BE OPEN IN FLIGHT.  REPLACED THE HANDLE/STRAP, PER AMM 25-51-22.
