AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  R1 GIRT BAR NEEDS ADJUSTING.  FOUND R1 DOOR SLIDE PACK REQUIRES REPLACEMENT.  REMOVED AND REPLACED DOOR EMERGENCY ESCAPE SLIDE ASSEMBLY.
