AIRCRAFT IN BASE MAINTENANCE.  EMERGENCY PATH LIGHTS ARE INOPERATIVE AT SEAT 8ABC THRU 14ABC, FOUND CROSSED WIRES AND BLOWN FUSE.  REPOSITIONED WIRES AND REPLACED FUSE, IAW AMM 33-51-00.  OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
