AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  EICAS CHECKLIST "SMOKE REST UPPER DOOR 4" CAME ON WITH NO IMPACT IN FLIGHT ATTENDANT REST AREA, ACCOMPANIED BY "CARGO HEAT BULK" EICAS ADVISORY MESSAGE.  PERFORMED GROUND TEST, OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
