AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  R5 DOOR EPAS ARM LEVER NOT IN ARMED POSITION AND LIGHT NOT FLASHING. MOVED ARM LEVER FROM DISARM TO ARM, LIGHT FLASHED NORMAL AND COVER CLOSED, AS REQUIRED.
