## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  ON DESCENT FLIGHT ATTENDANT NOTICED STRONG ODOR COMING FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM.  ODOR WAS PRESENT ON GROUND WITH APU BLEED RUNNING PACKS.    REMOVED AND REPLACED APU, PER JOB CARD 49-94-11.
