AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.  EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE.  AFTER FULLY CHARGING THE BATTERIES, PER AMM 33-51-06-610-802 AND AMM 24-22-00-860-811.  LIGHTS OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
