AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  FIRST OFFICER WINDOW LATCH IS LOOSE ON BASEPLATE AND IS LOOSE ON WINDOW FRAME.  SECURED LATCH BASEPLATE FOR FIRST OFFICER R2 WINDOW.
