AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  LAVATORY SMOKE WARNING DURING CRUISE.  ALL 4 LAVATORIES CHECKED AND NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKE FOUND.  ACCOMPLISHED POWER UP RESET AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS FOR ALL LAVATORY SMOKE DETECTORS, PER  AMM 26-17-00.
