AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED.  EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY AT 16WL FAILED CABIN INTERCOMMUNICATION DATA SYSTEM TEST.  REPLACED BATTERY PER AMM 33-51-38.
