AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFTER PUSHBACK FROM GATE AND ENGINE START, DOOR ENTRY 1R MESSAGE APPEARED.  REPLACED NR 2 PROXIMITY SENSOR ELECTRONIC UNIT IAW AMM 32-08-01, OPS CHECK GOOD.
