AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AFTER TAKEOFF, BURNING RUBBER ODOR REPORTED IN AFT GALLEY. REPLACED AFT WATER HEATER IAW AMM 38-13-01, OPS CHECK GOOD.
