AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: LOW SPEED REJECTED TAKEOFF DUE TO TRANSFORMER RECTIFIER UNIT LIGHT. TRANSFORMER RECTIFIER 3 SHOWS 0 VOLTAGE. REMOVED AND REPLACED STANDBY POWER CONTROL UNIT IAW AMM 24-34-11.
