AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: SPEED BRAKE FAILED TO AUTO DEPLOY ON LANDING. TROUBLESHOOT PER FIM 27-62-00-810-804. REPLACED THE ANTI SKID / AUTO BRAKE CONTROL UNIT.
