AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AFT GALLEY OVER DOOR 4R HAS MISSING EXIT LIGHT COVER, AND THE LIGHT BULBS ARE EXPOSED. REPLACED EXIT LIGHT COVER IAW MM 33-51-14.
