AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: LH FORWARD AND AFT OVERWING DOOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED IN CLIMB AND REMAINED ON FOR REMAINDER OF FLIGHT. REPLACED PROXIMITY SWITCH ELECTRONIC UNIT IAW WORKCARD 08L00032003, OPS CHECK GOOD.
