AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FIRST OFFICERS SLIDING WINDOW DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. FOUND FIRST OFFICERS WINDOW STICKING IN TRACK. VISUAL INSPECTION FOUND DEBRIS IN WINDOW TRACK. REMOVED DEBRIS AND LUBRICATED WINDOW TRACKS AS PER AMM 12-25-81.
