AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: DURING CLIMB OUT, PROXIMITY WARNING SYSTEM FAIL AND WEATHER RADAR FAIL AND ANNUNCIATED. APPROVED AS SOON AS RADAR WAS TURNED ON. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MIA. REPLACED WEATHER RADAR ANTENNA DRIVE AND TESTED PER AMM 34-41-11.
