AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY EXIT ROW END CAP HANGING LOOSE WIRES EXPOSED LEFT SIDE. SECURED LIGHT ASSEMBLY AT 17C USING STANDARD PRACTICES ALL CHECK NORMAL.
