AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ENGINE 2 FIRE LOOP B FAULT DURING CLIMB. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, RETURNED TO LAX, LANDING SAFELY.  REPLACED ENGINE 2 PYLON FIRE LOOP B DETECTOR HARNESS.
