AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: COLD AIRCRAFT. WHEN AIRCRAFT POWER APPLIED, EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS ARE ON WITH SWITCH OFF. POWER SWITCH LEFT IN ON POSITION ON FLIGHT ATTENDANT PANEL. REPLACED EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT BATTERY PER AMM 33-51-38.
