AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AUTO THROTTLES NOT MAINTAINING THRUST ON CLIMB OUT IN ICING CONDITIONS. ACCOMPLISHED AUTOTHROTTLE SYSTEM TEST PER AMM 22-31-00. ALL TESTS PASSED. NO FAULTS NOTED.
