AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: 1L PASSENGER DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN, FOUND UPPER GUIDE ARM PIN SCREW SHEARED. REPLACED SCREW WITH NEW IAW AMM 25-11-21, OPS CHECK GOOD.
