AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FWD ENTRY AND AFT GALLEY CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL NOT EXTINGUISH. REPLACED ENTRY LIGHT RELAY R47 WITH NEW IAW SWPM 20-81-22, OPS CHECK GOOD.
