AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED FORWARD LAVATORY DOOR LATCH DOES NOT SECURE DOOR CLOSED. RE-SECURED LOOSE SCREWS ON TOP OF LAVATORY A DOOR HINGE PER CMM 25-48-48. OPS CHECK GOOD.
