AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LEFT REAR LAVATORY DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN FROM INSIDE LAVATORY. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED DOOR LATCH PER CMM 25-40-58. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
