AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: LEFT SPAR VALVE CLOSED LIGHT ILLUMINATED AT CRUISE. REPLACED LEFT ENGINE FUEL SPAR VALVE ACTUATOR V38 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 28-22-11.
