## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT AT SEAT ROW 21 ABC IS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND DAMAGED WIRES AT LIGHT ASSEMBLY SHORT HARNESS AND REPLACED THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY PER AMM 33-51-19. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
