AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY DESCENT DEVICE HANDLE FELL OUT OF OVERHEAD BIN IN THE FLIGHT DECK. REPLACED EMERGENCY DESCENT DEVICE PER AMM 25-61-02 SECURED DOOR AS REQUIRED.
