AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 9C HAS EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS HANGING WITH EXPOSED WIRES. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SHROUD AT SEAT 9C. PER AMM 25-22-00.
