## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK LOWER LATCH WILL NOT RELEASE USING THE DOOR HANDLE. REPLACED DOOR LATCH MECHANISM AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-51-21.
