## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK  DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE IN FLIGHT. FOUND LOWER STRIKER FAULTING ON THE OVER HEAD PANEL. REPLACED LOWER ELECTRICAL RELEASE STRIKER AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-51-12.
