AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: PARTS RACK - PANEL 323CL HAS A CRACKED RETAINER ON THE INSIDE OF THE PANEL. REMOVED AND REPLACED PANEL 323CL RETAINER PER B737 SRM 51-40-02.
