## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN. MAINTENANCE FOUND PANEL ABOVE DOOR LOOSE AND MISSING SCREWS. REPLACED SCREWS AND TIGHTENED PANEL.  FLIGHT DECK DOOR OPERATES NORMALLY.
