AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LEFT TANK #1 LOW PRESSURE ECAM DURING DESCENT. REPLACED FUEL PRESSURE SWITCH 23QA PER AMM 28-21-15-400. A SATISFACTORY LEAK/ OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
