AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD GALLEY EMERGENCY LIGHTS DRAIN WITHIN MINUTES. REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHTS POWER SUPPLY ABOVE L1 DOOR PER AMM 33-51-06. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
