AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AS SOON AS POWER WAS PUSHED BEYOND 40% FOR TAKEOFF, MASTER CAUTION CAME ON AS WELL AS COWL ANTI-ICE LIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED ANTI-ICE WIRE HARNESS PER AMM 71-51-03.
