AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CIDS TEST SHOWS CLASS 1 EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT 13WL FAULT. REPLACED EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT 13WL AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 33-51-38.
